Nice, quiet hotel. Unfortunately, there is no elevator. People like me with a problematic knee should keep this in mind.
The reception staff - especially the young lady with long black hair - a person who is fully committed, helpful and quickly finds solutions to emerging problems.
I will add that I was the organizer of a trip for 20 dogs, so "problems" may arise.

Not the first time in this hotel, everything always corresponded to the price, i.e. quality, comfort = price, but not this time!!!
Customer service is next level!
They contacted the staff with the problem as the room was cold. They asked for this problem to be solved somehow, and they did not receive any solution to the problem or even an apology for the temporary inconvenience!!! The gentleman at the reception replied that it was quite a normal temperature to live in, although we were not the only ones complaining!!! ! We also met people who stayed at this hotel and we were also disappointed that it was very cold!!! So we didn't get the "WOW" factor from this hotel on this trip!!!!
Clean rooms, very comfortable beds, large parking lot, unfortunately paid. The swimming pool was ok, but the water cleanliness was average, the young guy at the reception was more interested in his phone screen than in what was going on around him (I think he was there temporarily or as a replacement). Despite the small minuses, I recommend it because there are no perfect places.
Place in a beautiful area. I'm a bit disappointed with the service, there's never anyone at the reception, you have to wait for someone to show up. The rooms are quite cold, the spa area could be larger.
